Girls For A Change return of the Diva Bag Auction, sponsored by Girls For A Change, Monday, December 7, at the Trinity Family Life Center, 3601 Dill Road, Richmond. The Diva Bag Auction is an annual charity event that was launched in 2003 to support girl-centered programs of Girls for a Change, a national non-profit organization committed to transforming girls into empowered agents of social change.
Special guests include Beverly Bond, Founder and Executive Director of BLACK GIRLS ROCK! Inc. and host “Miss Community” Clovia Lawrence of 99.3 & 105.7 KISS FM. The Auction will also offer everyone a chance to win a fully loaded Kia Soul, as well as a cash bar, light hors d’oeuvres, entertainment, and a silent auction of unique, trendy designer bangs that includes one bag donated by Sarah Jessica Parker.
