San Bernarino, Calif. — A new video shows an officer leading a terrified group of people to safety inside the Inland Regional Center after Wednesday’s mass shooting in San Bernarino.
The officer led the group with their hands in the air through the building while trying to keep them calm and assuring them that they would be alright.
“Try to relax, everyone. Try to relax,” said the officer. “I’ll take a bullet before you do, that’s for damn sure. Just be cool ok.”
The video was recorded by a witness inside of the facility.
