Switch up your Thanksgiving menu with this tasty Crown Royal Glazed Pork

Crown Royal Honey Glazed Pork

8 ounces Crown Royal
1 star anise
4 Tbs ketchup
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs honey
1/4 tsp siracha
1/4 tsp granulated garlic

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, pour 4 ounces of Crown Royal in a shallow roasting pan add star anise. Season pork with salt and pepper place it in the roasting pan and bake for 3 hours.

Remove from oven and leave to cool for at least an hour. Heat oven to 400 degrees, slice the rind from the pork leaving a small layer of fat, cut the meat into 1 inch chunks and add back to the pan. Roast for 20 minutes until crisp and sizzling turning often.

Add the ketchup, soy sauce honey, siracha, garlic and remaining crown into a saute pan, simmer over high heat for about  5 mins until thick and syrupy. Add pork chunks to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve with horseradish sauce.
