RICHMOND, Va. — Veteran broadcaster and former anchor Angie Miles is rejoining the WTVR CBS 6 team.

Angie will anchor the 6 and 11 p.m. newscasts on Saturdays starting tonight.

However, because of this afternoon’s football games on CBS 6, you can catch Angie on a special edition of CBS 6 News at 6 p.m. on 6.3, our digital sub-channel and at WTVR.com/LIVE2. (Find CBS 6.3 over the air or on Verizon 466 and Comcast 206.)

Then be sure to watch for Angie on CBS 6 News at 11 p.m. after “48 Hours.”

Angie joined WTVR in 1993 as a morning anchor. She then went on to anchor the 6 and 11 p.m. newscasts for five years. During that time she also served as the station’s “For Kids’ Sake” reporter.
