RICHMOND, Va -- Police were on scene of a crash on I-95 early Friday morning.
The crash happened at around 1:30 Friday morning in the northbound lanes near Chamberlayne Avenue.
The scene was clear by rush hour time Friday morning.
It was not clear if anyone was hurt, or about how many cars may have been involved.
