CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Police have arrested a man for masturbating in his car in a grocery store parking lot earlier this week.
Lucas Houser, 18, is facing an indecent exposure charge because of an alleged incident Tuesday.
Police said Houser was parked in the 13900 block of Raised Antler Circle when he called a woman over to his car and asked for directions.
However, as the woman approached, police said she could see Houser masturbating.
After an investigation, Houser was arrested.
