HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — A Lancaster man is now facing child porn charges after being indicted by a grand jury in Henrico County on November 9.
Stephen Ryan Lewis, 28, was indicted on possession of child porn charges. Lewis was arrested for ‘upskirting’ in July and charged with one count of felony unlawful creation of an image of another and one count of misdemeanor unlawful creation of an image of another.
In July, police sources told CBS 6 they were investigating at least two other incidents of ‘upskirting’ that involve younger girls, under the age of 13.
Lewis next scheduled court date is December 9, 2015.
