RICHMOND, Va. -- Police identified Richmond's most recent homicide victim as Rolando Salas, 30, of Beulah Oaks Lane in Chesterfield. Salas was shot multiple times Tuesday night and found lying on the side of Talbert Drive, a Richmond Police spokesman said. Sources indicated Salas was killed in a drive-by shooting. Police were called to the 1400 block of Talbert Drive in South Richmond just before 10 p.m. Tuesday.
"Anyone with information that may be helpful to the investigation is asked to call Major Crimes Detective Jon Bridges at 804 646-4464 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000," a Richmond Police spokesman said. Police have not yet released information about a shooting suspect.
