HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — Police released photos of a man and woman who are wanted after an afternoon robbery in a Henrico parking lot. The crime victim, described as an elderly woman by police, was putting groceries in the trunk of her vehicle along the 10100 block of Brook Road, when a man approached her from behind.
“The male demanded the victim bend down. The victim complied and suspect removed the victim’s purse from the trunk of the vehicle and fled. No injuries were reported,” a Henrico Police spokesperson said.
The crime happened at about 4:41 p.m Wednesday. Shortly after the robbery, the woman’s credit card were used at a West Broad Street Target to purchase electronics.
“The suspects, a white male and female, left the business in a two-door, silver Honda Accord with a sunroof,” police said. “The first suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’9” to 6’, 160 to 175 pounds, with a moustache and facial hair on his chin. The suspect was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and a camouflage baseball hat. The second suspect is a white female, between 35 and 40 years of age, wearing blue pants and a white shirt. The female suspect walked with a gait and utilized a motorized cart while in the business.”
