RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond Police are conducting a death investigation after a man is found dead in a downtown street.
Officers found the body after responding to reports of a person down in the 100 block of East Canal Street around 1:00 am Sunday Morning.
The medical examiners office says they aren’t sure how the victim died and will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
Police have not released the victim’s name.
