RICHMOND, Va. – A suspect who police said stole a package from a Fan porch on Monday, Oct. 26, was caught on camera.
Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the suspect in the photo who stole a package from a porch yesterday.
At approximately 12:55 p.m., the man in the photo and video is seen walking in the 2500 block of Floyd Avenue when he spots an unattended package on a porch.
The suspect walks up the steps, covers the package with his jacket and walks away.
