RICHMOND: 13th annual Powhatan Festival of the Grape, is Saturday, October 24, 11am - 6pm, at Historic Courthouse Square. Sample wines from twenty-five Virginia Wineries, craft beers, food, live music and vendors will line the street in Powhatan.
