RICHMOND, Va -- Police were on the scene of a crash that began with a pursuit in Richmond.
The chase began early Thursday morning and ended on North 29th Street in Church Hill, when the driver crashed in a grassy field.
Police sources then said the driver then fled on foot.
What led to the pursuit was not clear Thursday morning.
