Arrest made in Mosby Court double homicide

RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond police has made an arrest for Wednesday’s homicides on Accommodation Street in Richmond’s Mosby Court.

Devon J. Terry, 23, of Temple Mills, Maryland was arrested Thursday morning without incident. Terry has been charged with voluntary manslaughter.

Officer were called around 11:42 a.m. Wednesday to the 2100 block of Accommodation Street for a report of shots fired.

When officers arrived they found Jawaun L. Hargrove, 33, of the 1700 block of North 19th Street and Anthony D. Addison, 21, of the 2100 block of Accommodation Street, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

They were transported to a local hospital where they died.

Detectives believe an argument led to the shootings. The investigation continues, however, detectives are not currently looking for other suspects.
