HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- A man is in jail after police said he took a picture up a child's skirt in Henrico County.
Jerrin Riemann, 28, was charged with unlawful creation of an image.
Police said the upskirting incident happened Saturday afternoon at a store in the 11600 block of West Broad Street, in the Downtown Short Pump Shopping Center that houses Barnes and Noble.
Police said the victim did not know the Riemann.
