Va. Beach man steals Wal-mart duffel bag, fills it with $14,500 of iPhones

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Police are searching for a man who stole over $14,500 worth of iPhones from a Walmart at 657 Phoenix Drive early Tuesday morning.

At approximately 3:20 a.m. the man entered the Walmart, selected a duffel bag off the shelf and headed directly to the electronics section of the store.

Police are looking for this individual in connection with iPhone thefts.

He used a tool to break the glass where the iPhones are stored, placed over 20 iPhones valued at over $14,500 into the recently acquired duffel bag, and walked out of the store without paying.

Police said this vehicle was used in connection with a theft at Wal-mart.

The suspect was seen leaving in this four-door car.
