RICHMOND, Va - Chef Angelo Vangelopoulos, Owner of The Ivy Inn Restaurant in Charlottesville, visited the studio with his fresh catch of the day, Cornmeal-crusted Trout with summer squash and stewed tomatoes in a bacon butter. Angelo is one of the featured chefs participating in the 4th Annual Edible Fest in Orange, VA. The Festival is Saturday, August 8th from 10am to 5pm in the Heart of Downtown Orange.
