RICHMOND, Va -- For twenty years, a mysterious house has sat vacant at the corner of Davis and Grove in Richmond's Fan District. For many of those years, overgrown trees obscured the stately two-story with wrap-around porch. Neighbors would think they'd see lights burning upstairs.

It's haunting but hopeful aspect prompted  neighbor Charlie Foley to name it the "Boo Radley house" after the unexpectedly heroic character in the epic novel "To Kill A Mockingbird." In fact, the house has been largely undisturbed for much of its nearly 120-year life.

Now, a key figure in shaping Richmond's recent history has bought the house and plans to transform it. Watch the video to find out who it is and see Richmond's legendary Boo Radley house as the long-awaited sequel to "To Kill A Mockingbird" prepares to go on sale Tuesday.
