RICHMOND, Va. — A portion of the season premiere of the CBS hit series Under the Dome did not broadcast in Central Virginia Thursday night. Unfortunately, WTVR’s broadcast delivery systems were interrupted as multiple lightning strikes hit our facility.
The strikes resulted in approximately 40 minutes of the premiere of Under the Dome to go off the air. WTVR CBS 6 was able to obtain the missed portion of the show for a partial broadcast on Sunday, June 28 at 11:35 p.m. – 12:15 a.m.
