RICHMOND, Va - Tom Houff and Aynsley Miller Fisher talked about their collaborative project, ‘One Richmond’s Wheel: A Celebration of Cycling.’ The rebirth of the sport, tradition, and lifestyle of cycling is celebrated in 112 pages, just in time for the upcoming 2015 UCI World Championships coming to Richmond later this year.
