RICHMOND, Va. — A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for the entire CBS 6 viewing area until 11 p.m. as the remnants of what was Tropical Storm Bill are moving through the region.
The main threat from the developing storms will be damaging wind gusts along with some large hail, but isolated tornadoes cannot be ruled out. Torrential rainfall will accompany any storm that does develop.
