RICHMOND, Va. — The Department of Public Utilities reported a gas leak along the 900 block of West Grace Street in Richmond, according Richmond Fire spokesman Lt. Armstrong. Four buildings near the site of the gas leak were evacuated as a precaution. The cause of the leak remained under investigation.
