FAIRFAX, Va. -- Jesse Matthew is expected to come face to face with his alleged victim next week in the Fairfax rape case.
A pre-trial hearing has been set for 3 p.m. next Thursday. That’s when a Fairfax circuit court judge to hear a defense motion to suppress evidence of all pre-trial identification of Matthew by the victim in the 2005 attack.
That woman is being flown to the US from India to identify Matthew and testify against him at his trial on June 8.
Matthew has been charged with attempted capitol murder and sexual assault.
