RICHMOND, Va. -- Two men were arrested and charged following a fatal shooting along the 1900 block of Redd Street in Richmond's Mosby Court. Milvon Witcher, 29, and Domonique Walker, 22, both of Coalter Street, were charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder, in connection to the May 7 deadly shooting, Richmond Police Chief Alfred Durham announced Tuesday.
Ra’Keem Adkins, 22, of the 700 block of Mosby Street, was killed in the shooting. Two other men were injured in the shooting and were taken to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions have not yet been released. Anyone with additional information about the shooting was asked to call Crime Stoppers at 804-780-1000.
