RICHMOND, Va - Mike Ledesma, Executive Chef at Patina RVA, had our mouths watering in the studio as he prepared his Poutine-Duck Confit with house cured pork belly served on top of hand cut fries. This dish is just one of the many delicious options that will be available at the 7th Annual French Food Festival. The event will feature world-renowned Master Chef Paul Elbling, as well as six local chefs from restaurants in the Richmond area. All proceeds will benefit the Little Sisters of the Poor Hospice. This year’s French Food Festival is Saturday, April 25th from 11am to 9pm at Little Sisters of the Poor, located at 1503 Michaels Road.
