RICHMOND, Va - Dr. Shilpa Iyer, Ph.D., of the Department of Chemical and Life Science Engineering at VCU, and VCU Communication Arts Student Emily Tompkins, will be showcasing their team's multimedia projects that aim to raise awareness of mitochondrial disease and the importance of healthy lifestyle choices during a three-month long exhibit at the Science Museum of Virginia.
