ABCAO ISLAND, Bahamas -- The search for a 21-year-old Virginia Tech student who fell off a Carnival cruise ship Sunday was suspended Tuesday. Security video from the Carnival Glory showed the student fall overboard Sunday morning near the Bahamas, according to WDBJ.
Both the cruise ship and crews from the U.S Coast Guard spent time searching for the student. The university has not yet released the student's name. Virginia Tech is on its Spring Break this week.
