RICHMOND, Va. -- Sunshine and 30's sounds like a great time to go swimming -- and that's what nearly 150 people did Saturday at the RVA Polar Plunge Winter Fest.
Participants made a splash into an icy pool while raising more than $25,000 for the Special Olympics of Virginia athletes and volunteers.
Today's plungers included the Richmond Police Department and VCU's Rodney the Ram.
