She nailed it. Christina Aguilera imitated Britney Spears for a round of “Wheel of Musical Impressions” on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.The “competition” challenges guests (and Fallon) to mimic a musical artist and assigns them a song. Given Britney Spears and “This Little Piggy,” Aguilera gave it her best and drew a huge ovation from the crowd and Fallon himself.
Aguilera and Spears both appeared on “Mickey Mouse Club” when they were younger.
Aguilera also performed the Folgers coffee jingle (“celebrate the moments of your life”) as Cher and gave it her best as Shakira while singing the “Golden Girls” theme.
For his part, Fallon performed “Grand Ole Flag” in the style of David Bowie and channeled Michael McDonald for “Itsy Bitsy Spider.”
