RICHMOND, Va. — A winter storm warning is in effect for the entire Commonwealth, from Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning; snow arrived in the Richmond metropolitan area around 1:30 p.m. Monday. The timing will make for a messy commute home Monday evening and an even messier, more dangerous commute on Tuesday morning.
