Chesterfield County Black History Month Events: Richmond Boys Choir Saturday, February 14, 3-3:45pm at the Central Library, 9501 Lori Road, Chesterfield; The Moses of Our People, February, Saturday, February 21, 10:30-11:15 am, Midlothian Library, Tuesday, Feb. 24, 7-7:45 pm, Meadowdale Library; actress Charmaine Crowell-White portrays Harriet Tubman.
