GREENSVILLE COUNTY, Va. — A 57-year-old Greensville County Public School employee who was reported missing has been located.

Greensville County Sheriff James Edwards said Thomas Hill, who works in food services for the school system, was last seen Tuesday morning at about 8 a.m.

Edwards said Hill returned to the area sometime Wednesday evening to early Thursday morning on his own.

Officials had said that Hill suffered “medical issues,” but those issues did not include dementia. He said Hill’s family had no idea where their loved one might be.

Edwards said that no additional details were being released at this time.
