Police investigate weekend car break-ins, vandalism in Church Hill

RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond police are investigating after several vehicle thefts were reported in Church Hill over the weekend.
Officers were dispatched Sunday morning after eight cars were broken into in the 2900 block of East Broad Street.
Additionally, police said some of the targeted vehicles were vandalized.
Police said they will increase patrols in the area.
