RICHMOND, Va. — A multi-vehicle accident backed up traffic for at least four miles Monday morning.
VDOT said the wreck happened on I-95 north at mile marker 72 in the City of Richmond.
As of 9:30 a.m., all lanes had reopened, but a four mile backup remained.
The backup had cleared by 10:15 a.m.
