CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Jesse Matthew, the man charged with abducting University of Virginia student Hannah Graham, has been transported from Charlottesville to Fairfax County.

Matthew, who is facing charged with attempted capital murder, rape, and sexual assault charges after allegedly attacking a Fairfax woman in 2005, is scheduled for a court hearing later this week.

Matthew pleaded not guilty in the case.

Matthew is charged with abduction with the intent to defile in the Graham case. The Medical Examiner ruled Hannah Graham’s cause of the death to be homicide.

Matthew, who could face additional counts related to the Hannah Graham case, has also been forensically linked to murdered Virginia Tech student Morgan Harrington.
