DINWIDDIE, Va. — Traffic continues to be at a stand still near mile marker 47 on I-85 in Dinwiddie County. Earlier, a multi-car accident caused all northbound lanes and the shoulder of the highway to be closed. All lanes have since reopened, but there is still about a one mile backup.
