RICHMOND, Va - Since 2000, the Richmond Pops Band, made up entirely of volunteer musicians, has entertained more than 160,000 people. We were fortunate enough to have the Clarinet Choir of the band, under the direction of Joe Simkins, perform a beautiful Christmas medley to get us in the holiday spirit.
