DINWIDDIE COUNTY, Va. -- A man has been charged after a train struck his car in Dinwiddie County.
Officers said that Ryan Wiley was crossing train tracks on Station Road in Sutherland just before 9:30 p.m. Thursday when they said his car left the road and got stuck on the tracks.
A short time later a Norfolk Southern freight train slammed into his vehicle.
Wiley was not injured and was charged with reckless driving.
