RICHMOND, Va - Janine Bell, Founder and Artistic Director of the Elegba Folklore Society, visited the studio to share all of the exciting details about the 2014 Capital City Kwanzaa Festival. This event is one of the largest Kwanzaa celebrations on the east coast, kicking off the seven-day holiday in style.
