RICHMOND, Va - Thomas Victory, Founder of Victory 7 Mustang Club and Former President and CEO of the Urban League of Greater Richmond, is one of this year’s Boomers & Shakers Award honorees. Thomas capped a 33 year career at the Urban League of Greater Richmond to spend more time with his family, as well as focus on the 80 member Victory 7 Mustang Club that helps raise money for cancer, diabetes, and autism. They also provide Thanksgiving baskets for needy families, and toys and food at Christmas for the Homeless Shelter.
