Celebrate National Adoption month and help Virginia children find a safe, loving home

RICHMOND, Va - November is National Adoption Month, and Debbie Johnston, Founder of Care Advantage, and LaRhonda Burford, of Great Expectations Foster Youth, wish to raise awareness and financial support for many agencies in the state of Virginia that help make a difference to children in foster care. Debbie’s goal is to have all 850 children in Virginia who are in the foster care system in safe and loving homes by 2018.
