YORK COUNTY, Va -- A former youth minister is behind bars after being caught in a compromising situation with a young girl, according to WTKR.
Melvin Randall, 44, was arrested near a car parked in an alley between a garage and house on Old York-Hampton Highway Saturday night.
Police said when they went to investigate they found a seven-year-old girl putting her clothes on in the backseat.
Police arrested the former minister.
Randall is charged with Taking Indecent Liberties with a Child by Person in Custodial or Supervisory Relationship, a felony.
Deputies said Randall knows the girl involved in this case.
