CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- A two-year-old girl was checked out and deemed okay after she somehow put her mother's SUV in neutral at the gas station and coasted across Hopkins Road before the vehicle slammed into the Adams Automotive building. The impact left a hole in the building.

"I was sitting at my desk and heard a boom," Adams Automotive manager Tony Price said. "Next thing I know the front end of SUV is in our showroom."

Price said paramedics arrived to check out the child. She was not seriously injured in the crash.

While Price found it pretty amazing that the child was not hurt, he said the fact the SUV made it across Hopkins Road unscathed was equally remarkable.

"It's a pretty busy road, especially around noon," Price said. "It's pretty amazing everyone is okay."

Most 2 year olds can unbuckle their own seat but don’t worry – I’m sure someone will quickly make sure there’s a law that says parents can’t leave kids alone in the car while they pump gas.

So she left her child unattended in the car which all summer we hear of kids dying from it and they charge most of them, not this one? Why? Maybe she a white woman from brandermill where the laws that’s applied to us isn’t the same for them. What kind of woman would leave her child alone like that. Notice how the news didn’t put her name or where she lived. A stranger could have car jack her kid.
