RICHMOND, Va - Association Director of Wellness for YMCA of Greater Richmond William Thornton was at the Downtown YMCA with Y Member Audrey Grinnage to talk about the YMCA ‘Fall Into Fitness’ event. All YMCAs in the Greater Richmond area are opening their doors for free every Friday through November 4th. The goal is to get people to be more active and engaged with their community. With a variety of fitness equipment and classes, ‘Fall Into Fitness’ is a great chance to start living a more active, healthy lifestyle.
