RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the men they say robbed a victim after tricking him into a meeting.

Police said that a few weeks ago, in the afternoon of September 23, a male victim arrived at a location in the 1400 block of Oakhurst Lane.

He thought he was there to meet with a female he had made contact with on a chat website. As he waited for the meeting, police said the two males approached and robbed him of cash, clothing and his car.

Detectives believe the two suspects conspired to lure and rob him.
