HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — A Moseley man working as a door-to-door salesman was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure.

Police were called to the 9500 block of Meadowgreen Road, near Springfield Road and West Broad Street, Friday after a woman reported a solicitor came to her home to sell her something.

“While the suspect was reviewing the services he was offering, he lowered a brochure and displayed his penis,” Henrico Police Lieutenant Chris Eley said. “Officers contacted the company the suspect worked for and was able to identify [Patrick Noel] Creed [Jr.] as the individual involved in the incident.”

"It’s sad to see anybody treat someone with such disrespect,” the mom said.  “I mean, I really don't understand the thought process to be honest with you. I mean I don't know if it's some sort of power thing.  It's just bizarre."

The woman who was victimized got a description of the vehicle including the company name on its side.

Creed Jr., 27, was arrested Saturday afternoon. He remained jailed as of Monday morning, charged with two counts of indecent exposure and possession of marijuana.

"I’m very surprised it happened here,” said Aaron Gibson, who brings his kids to a baby sitter in this community, saying he knows it can happen anywhere.  But he says this time it was too close for comfort.

"As a parent, your instincts kick in and you want to protect your loved ones, especially your kids," said Gibson.
