Tractor trailer accident closed I-95 ramp at Route 10

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — A tractor trailer accident closed the west entrance ramp onto Interstate 95 south from Route 10 Friday afternoon. The ramp reopened at about 8:45 p.m.
At 5:20 p.m. VDOT said that crews estimate cleanup will take an additional three hours.
Drivers accessed I-95 north from Route 10 east.
