RICHMOND, Va - Pat Calvert, an Upper James Riverkeeper, and Todd Martin, Deputy Scout Executive of the Heart of Virginia Council, shared details about The James River Association’s upcoming “Tire-less James” Clean-up Campaign. Volunteers, including Troops of Boy Scouts from around Central Virginia, will take part in a massive one-day tire cleanup focused on the James River. JRA is overseeing the cleanup in conjunction with Bridgestone Americas “Tires 4ward” Program. The event will take place on September 13th. For volunteer registration and other information visit
