SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. - A Glen Allen man was charged following an accident that closed lanes on Interstate 95 south Friday night. The lane closures resulted in a 23-mile traffic backup.

Units responded after a vehicle with a trailer hauling brick cleaner lost control and crashed at about 6 p.m. Friday, according to Virginia State Police.

The trailer spilled acid on the interstate near mile marker 118 in Thornburg.

The fire department had to be called to help clean the acid spill.

The driver, Daniel Alvarez, of Glen Allen Va., was charged with reckless driving and driving without a license, according to Virginia State Police.

The Virginia Department of Transportation indicates no back ups in the area Saturday morning.

Clearly, transparent and firmly entrenched and enforced, is the fact that legal, US citizen/tax payers are REFUSED their Rights to Public Information and records acquired during the performance of public services, by public employees, paid by public coffers. Nothing shall impede or hinder the covert Government Operations and Agendas at local, state, and federal levels.
Citizens’ Rights are superseded, usurped and replaced by Rights for Illegal Foreign Alien Invaders.

So what if he’s illegal… The state of va will register and tag a vehicle to anyone with a foreign passport, proof of address here in va and proof of insurance (which is just a check in a box on a form). You do not have to have a valid drivers license… So if you want to complain, ask your own state officials as to why this is allowed. Just wondering how much money the state is pulling in from non licensed drivers with tagged vehicles…

I drove by, opposite this mess, from start to finish. “Driving without a license”. Good God. This was a little jerk in a little truck….the trailer looked to big for the truck. He was probably going too fast, and had to get on the brakes. The trailer pushed his truck off the road, and thousands of people have to sit on the highway for hours. What a hole this guy is.
