COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. – Police are looking for the man who rang up $200 worth of purchases at McDonald’s and Walmart using a stolen debit card. A Chipotle worker noticed someone had broken into his car outside the Colonial Heights restaurant while he was at work on May 1.
